Employee's head injured in fall from scaffold

On July 7, 1994, Employee #1 was plastering a house exterior wall from a metal scaffold work platform believed to be about 5 ft high. He struck his head against a sloped roof eave, then fell to the ground, striking his head on a planter. Employee #1 was hospitalized from July 7 to July 9, 1994, for observation, then released.
