Employee injured in fall with ladder

At the end of the shift, Employee #1 was the last worker to descend a ladder. He had removed the ladder tie. A strong gust of wind caught him and the ladder, and both fell together. His chest was fractured. Paramedics were called and Employee #1 was transported to AV Hospital.
