Employee injured when hit by falling coworker

At approximately 1:00 p.m. on January 5, 1995, Employee #1, of M.A. Mortenson, Ontario, CA, was cleaning the ground around a large reinforced steel concrete tank under construction. An employee of Vista Steel Co., working above Employee #1, slipped and fell 20 1/2 ft, landing on Employee #1. Employee #1sustained bruised ribs and a hairline fracture of his right hand.
