Investigation Summary
At approximately 5:15 p.m. on November 9, 1992, Employee #1, of Turf Construction Company, was picking up traffic cones from the eastbound lanes of a street in Ventura, CA. Employee #1 had his back to the oncoming traffic when he was struck and killed by a motor vehicle. His remains were transported to the Ventura County coroner's morgue.
