Employee struck by falling plywood

At approximately 8:48 a.m. on August 18, 1992, five pieces of plywood fell from the second story roof of a condominium under construction. A piece of the plywood struck Employee #1, of TriValley Mechanical Inc., on his head and right shoulder. Employee #1 was taken by ambulance to Westlake Hospital, where he was treated and released.
