Employee injured when struck by window door frame

At approximately 3:15 p.m. on April 17, 1997, Employee #1, of Faith Plating Company, was using a wire brush wheel on a polishing lathe machine to clean a window door frame. The frame became caught on the wire wheel and struck Employee #1 on the side of the head. He sustained lacerations and a concussion, and was transported to Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
