Employees injured in fall when work platform jostled

At approximately 2:12 p.m. on June 19, 1996, Employees #1 and #2 were working about 20 ft above a street. They were standing on beams and joists while waiting for a load of plywood decking to be raised on an extendable boom forklift being operated by their foreman. The forks of the forklift knocked several beams loose, causing both workers to fall. Neither Employee #1 nor Employee #2 was tied off.
