EMPLOYEE SLIPS ON CONCRETE FLOOR, HURTS PELVIS

On May 24, 1994, Employee #1, a supervisor for distribution, scheduling, and adjusting clerks for Deutch, was engaged in moving materials in a warehouse. She attempted to move a 12-foot by 4-foot box weighing a 100 pounds. She slipped and fell onto the concrete floor. Employee #1 sustained a fracture in her pelvic area. The company manufactures electrical connectors.
