Employee dies from 20 ft fall

At about 7:48 a.m. on May 9, 1994, Employee #1 was placing a 2 in. by 6 in. by 12 ft wood joist into metal joist hangers. While walking a 6 in. by 8 in. wood beam to place the wood joist, he fell 19 ft 2 in. to a concrete floor slab and was killed.
