Employee's arm injured in cull conveyor

Employee #1 was assigned to adjust the tracking on the No. 4 cull conveyor in the new addition to the facility. The belt of the cull conveyor was approximately 200 feet long, and it took 5 minutes for it to make one rotation. The conveyor had to be moving to adjust the tracking. While lying down on the floor to adjust the belt, the employee laid his hand on the belt, and it was pulled into the rollers of the drive motor. The employee was taken to the hospital for treatment.
