Employee's Leg Is Fractured When Struck by Plywood Sheet

On June 10, 2004, an employee was stacking 4-ft by 8-ft sheets of 0.5-in. osb board on a job built stand next to the residence being constructed. The stand may have been overloaded and a support broke. The osb boards fell on the employee's left leg, causing the injury. The employee was hospitalized and treated for a fractured leg.
