Employee's Hand Caught In Machine

At approximately 7:10 p.m. on October 7, 2002, Employee #1 of Foster Farms was cleaning the auto loader leg processor when his hand was caught and crushed in the moving parts of the machine. Employee #1 sustained lacerations to his right hand and was hospitalized at California Pacific Medical Center.
