Employee injured when run over by tractor trailer

At 8:10 a.m., on March 25, 1999, Employee #1 crawled under a tractor trainer to remove carrots that had fallen to the ground and under the washout flume. While he was performing this task the tractor driver moved the vehicle forward and the rear-left tire ran over Employee #1 causing fractured ribs. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
