Employee catches hand in rolls of bread molding machine

At approximately 12:15 p.m. on January 27, 1994, Employee #1 was adjusting two steel rods that control the size of the dough patty on a Lane bread molder. While he was adjusting with his right hand and providing leverage with his left hand, the left hand came into contact with the unguarded infeeding rollers and was pulled into them. Employee #1 was hospitalized. The employer is being cited for a serious violation of T8CCR 4546(a).
