Investigation Summary
On December 29, 2000, Employee #1 was underneath a Ford L Truck 9000 repairing a brake line. He instructed a coworker to push the button for the parking brake to see if air was coming from the line. The coworker inadvertently hit the starter button with his elbow as he was pushing the parking brake button. The truck moved forward, running over and killing him.
