Employee Fractures Foot After Hitting A Post

At approximately 6:40 a.m. on November 20, 2001, Employee #1, a regular employee of Spherion, was operating a Crown Stand Up Reach Truck. Employee #1 rounded a corner into an aisleway. He saw another reach truck and attempted to avoid it. As Employee #1 was avoiding the other reach truck, he hit a post and pinned his left foot between the post and the reach truck he was operating. He fractured his left foot and was hospitalized from November 20, 2001 to December 27, 2001.
