Three Employees Injured When Struck by Marble Slabs

At approximately 9:10 a.m. on February 12, 2001, Employees #1 through #3 were assisting in the unloading of marble slabs from a Sea Land container box. Several heavy marble slabs fell over on them. Employee #1 sustained fractures to his leg and was transported to Desert Regional Medical Center where he was hospitalized for 20 days. Employees #2 and #3 were transported to Eisenhower Medical Center. Employee #2 sustained fractures to his legs and was hospitalized for two days and Employee #3 sustained bruises to legs.
