AN EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON A BILLBOARD SIGN. HE WAS NOT USING ANY FALL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT. HE RECEIVED AN ELECTRIC SHOCK, LOST HIS BALANCE, AND FELL 30 FEET. HE DIED OF INJURIES SUSTAINED IN THE FALL.
