Employee's fingers amputated by wrapping machine
Employee #1 was starting up a wrapping machine when his hand was caught in its jaws. According to witness statements and inspection of the machine, Employee #1 reached under the guard or removed the guard to straighten the product to be wrapped. Several fingers were amputated.
