Employee Falls from Rail Car Ladder and Fractures Wrist

On October 10, 2012, Employee #1 was climbing a ladder on a railcar. As he ascended the ladder, he lost his balance and fell 6 ft, fracturing his right wrist. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center, where he was hospitalized for surgical procedures and was then released the next day.
