Employee Falls of Ladder and Breaks Leg

On May 2, 2010, an employee was climbing down a fixed ladder when she lost her footing and fell. The employee fell approximately 14 feet. The employee was taken to the hospital for her injuries which consisted of a broken right femur. Employee was hospitalized for 3 days.
