Employee Fractures Both Wrists in Fall from Ladder

On March 11, 2011, Employee #1, a plant manager, was working on top of a conax box to install video surveillance. The box measured 9.33 feet height. As he ascended an 8-foot ladder, Employee #1 fell and fractured both wrists. Employee #1 was taken to a nearby medical facility, where he was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
