Investigation Summary
On November 4, 202010, Employee #1, a laborer, was watching a nut huller conveyor belt when he saw some screws on the belt and tried to remove them while the belt was in motion. The conveyor belt caught Employee #1's arm and pulled his arm between the belt and the roller. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital for his injuries which consisted of the amputation of his left arm, three inches above the elbow.
