Employee Fractures Finger When Caught in Bailer

On October 20, 2010, Employee #1, a machine operator, was pushing a wire back into the bailer when the wire caught his glove and pulled his hand into the machine. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital with a right middle finger fracture. Surgery was required.
