FALL - EJECTED FROM AERIAL LIFT

A tree trimmer was working from the bucket of an aerial lift. He was not using any personal fall protection equipment. The employee was thrown out of the bucket and fell to the asphalt street. He was hospitalized with a fractured right femur.
