At 11:23 a.m. on July 26, 1994, Employee #1, a lather, slipped into a 15 in. gap between scaffold planks and a house wall, and fell approximately 12 ft. He was transported to Los Robles Hospital at the employer's instructions, and was then released, suffering no injuries.
