Employee's arm cut by flying broken pallet

At approximately 5:00 p.m. on May 16, 1995, a coworker tossed a broken pallet to a pallet stack at the same time Employee #1 was walking by. The broken pallet struck him on the right arm and cut it. Employee #1 was transported to Pleasant Valley Hospital and released. No citations were issued. Employee #1 was employed by Manpower Temporary Services and was working at Technicolor Video Services.
