Employee #1 was sanding and masking a boat in preparation for painting. Employee #1 was working at a height exceeding 7 ft 2 in. when he fell to the pavement, striking his head. Employee #1 suffered a severe head injury that resulted in death. Employee #1 was working without fall protection.
