Investigation Summary
Employee #1, of Kimberly-Clark, was attempting to thread a portion of a tissue paper sheet on a roller by spinning the roller by hand as it was being lowered to two drum rolls. The drum rolls were running at a slow speed. Two fingers on Employee #1's right hand became caught and were pinched between the rollers. It was later necessary to amputate her index finger at the first knuckle and her middle finger at the second knuckle.
