Employee's hand injured by food processor blade

At approximately 7:07 p.m. on December 19, 1994, Employee #1 was cutting vegetables with a food processor without the machine guard. The middle finger on her left hand was lacerated by the processor's blade. Employee #1 was taken to White Memorial Hospital, in Boyle Heights, where she was treated and released.
