Employee injures leg in fall from trailer

At 5:00 a.m. on July 6, 1998, Employee #1, of SYSCO, was on his trailer rig in the loading/unloading area. He fell off the back of the trailer, tearing a ligament in his right thigh. The interior of the trailer was wet because it had been washed in preparation for the next shipment of goods.
