Employee Injured In Fall From Scaffold

On July 23, 1999, Employee #1, a prop maker, was building pony walls on a platform 9 ft 8 in. above ground level. Employee #1 was working with his back to the edge and fell off the platform. The platform had no guardrails, and Employee #1 was not wearing fall protection equipment. Employee #1 sustained a fractured left leg and was hospitalized for four weeks.
