Employee sustains concussion after slipping on wet floor

Employee #1 entered the building prior to the store opening time. Signs were posted at the front door warning of a slippery floor. Employee #1 walked on carpet approximately halfway through the store before walking on the tile. No signs were posted in the girls' clothing area where the employee slipped on wet tile and received a moderate concussion.
