Employee killed when pinned against log landing

At about 11:30 a.m. on October 20, 1993, Employee #1 went to cut a limb at the log deck at the south end of a 75 foot wide log landing. At the log deck on the north end, a loader was loading logs onto a truck on the west side loading area. The loader operator was not aware of Employee #1's presence and backed into him, pinning him against the log deck and killing him.
