Employee's fingers crushed in printing press

At 9:30 p.m. on March 29, 1993, Employee #1 was using a short handled brush to clean the rolls of an unguarded printing machine. The rolls caught the brush and pulled in Employee #1's right hand. His hand and fingers were badly crushed, requiring the eventual amputation of half of the middle and ring fingers.
