EMPLOYEE INJURED WHEN CRUSHED BETWEEN TWO FORKLIFTS
Employee #1 was servicing a forklift on the charging floor, when he was struck. A second forklift which was backing up crushed Employee #1 between the two forklifts, resulting in a fractured pelvis for Employee #1, requiring him to be hospitalized.
