Employee's fingertip pinched by sliding bar

While moving sliding bars during inventory, Employee #1 lost his grip on the 50 lb bar. In an effort to regain his grasp, he inadvertently put his fingertip in a bolt hole at the same time the top bar slid down. Employee #1's fingertip was pinched and amputated.
