Investigation Summary
A power line crew was raising a 12-kilovolt overhead power line across a railway track. A supervisory power line worker on the crew was exiting the bucket of an aerial lift when he lost his balance and fell to the ground. He suffered multiple fractures of his right heel. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
