HAND LACERATED WHILE USING POWERED ROUTER TO SHAPE WOOD

At about 1:00 p.m. on March 25, 1997, Employee #1 was using a hand-held powered router to shape a piece of wood. Apparently, the tool kicked back causing the spinning tool bit to strike his hand and severely lacerate his finger. He went to a local hospital for treatment.
