EMPLOYEE INJURED IN FALL FROM STEPLADDER

At 2:30 p.m. on January 16, 1997, Employee #1 was working at the job site, using a step ladder to gain access to the ceiling above. As he climbed the ladder, carrying an electric drill in one hand, he lost his footing and fell to the floor, suffering a serious injury to his head. He was hospitalized for six days for treatment.
