Employee injured in fall from roof

At approximately 11:30 a.m. on March 15, 1995, Employee #1 was repairing a building roof-mounted antenna cover that had been damaged by strong winds. As he stood on the roof of a generator shed alongside the building, tossing pieces of lumber onto the higher roof, he stepped into the gap between the two buildings and fell 10 ft to a concrete surface. He was hospitalized with multiple fractures.
