Employee falls from platform and breaks leg

On August 11, 1993, Employee #1, a framing contractor, was standing on a 42 inch platform. While preparing to build a soffitt, he turned, lost his balance, and fell 42 inches to the floor. Employee #1 was removed by ambulance to the Warrack Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA, suffering from a compound fracture of his right leg.
