Employee suffers allergic reaction to poison oak

At 10:00 a.m. on August 18, 1995, Employee #1 was trimming trees in Alameda County when his right arm came in contact with poison oak. He suffered an allergic reaction to the poison oak, and infection set in his right arm and transferred to his right leg. He was hospitalized. No citations were issued.
