At approximately 2:30 on September 27, 1995, Employee #1, a 26-year-old who had been working for this retailer for six months, was reporting to work when a robbery attempt occurred. He suffered a fatal gunshot wound to his head and was pronounced dead at a local hospital at 2:40 a.m. on September 28, 1995.
