Employee slipped, fell, and sustained concussion

At approximately 10:45 a.m., Employee #1 was pulling parts for distribution within the company's vehicle repair facility. While reaching overhead to obtain a hydraulic hose, he slipped and fell backward, striking his head on the concrete floor. Employee #1 lost consciousness and was hospitalized with a concussion.
