Employee fall and fractures hip at work

On April 24, 2004, an employee was carrying a batch of tickets to be filed away. As he walked along tight narrow corridor, he inadvertently hooked his right foot onto a piece of carpeting, plastic, that had been lying against the wall. He lost his balance, fell on his left hip, and fractured it. He was hospitalized and treated for fracture.
