Employee Died in Fall from Stepladder
A six-employee crew was assigned to dismantle a portable clean room. One of the employees was working from a 3.7-meter-tall stepladder to reach a switch. The ladder and employee fell approximately 3 meters to the epoxy-coated concrete floor. The employee died of injuries sustained in the fall.
