Employee injured in fall off ladder

A non-serious accident occurred when Employee #1 climbed a 5-foot ladder to change cleaning rags hanging 9-feet-2 inches high while the conveyor was running. Employee #1 was standing on the top step when he was struck by a mold and lost his balance. His left foot went down the ladder, the ladder slipped forward, and he fell backwards. Employee #1 sustained bruises and contusions, but was not hospitalized.
