Employee Dies after Struck by Falling Stack of Cartons

On May 18, 2005, Employee #1 was struck in the leg by a stack of cartons that became unstable and fell on him. The impact knocked him down, and his head struck the pavement. He sustained a fracture. He was transported to Valley Medical Center in Santa Clara, where he died later that day.
