Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:30 a.m. on December 15, 2005, Employee #1 was pruning an oak tree from a height of about 20 feet. Employee #1 fell approximately 20 feet to the ground. Emergency services were contacted and Employee #1 was transported to a local hospital, where he was hospitalized and treated for a fractured cervical disc (neck).
